  I walked into Roberts and all I can say is wow. The customer service is very professional and down to earth. You can think about what you want, and not have to worry about a sales person shoving it down your throat to buy. The individuals there are all very smart when it comes to jewelry. Robert and his staff helped me out with what I wanted for myself and girlfriend (who is very picky). I got a very fair and great deal on my purchases. My girlfriend wanted her white gold bracelet polished up because it looked dull, and Robert said "no problem, come in and we'll get it done for you free of charge". If your looking for a place where people really do care and are down to earth, stop by and see them. I gaurantee you won't be dissapointed, they're there to help you, and their prices are the best I've found around the Saint Cloud Area. I just want to thank Robert, Amy, and Shannon. I've been shopping with Kay Jewelers and others, and these businesses just don't want to help and have no knowledge of the products their even selling, and they won't help you out unless the dollar amount is high enough. All in all Roberts is a great atmosphere and its fun going in there even to browse and get ideas.

  as a long time customer Roberts , I have had some custom made wedding bands made he does exquisite work however last year when visiting Roberts in the attempt to have my custom engagement ring reproduced I put $1500 on credit account towards the replacement ring to be made, after my visit to Minnesota my mother took ill and had to have brain surgery this required us to be at home for 24 hour care in order to give my mother the care she needed I had to put my priorities in proper position I no longer could afford to have my ring made because my mother's care is so great after several phone calls to Roberts in one of his employees remembering the transaction I still did not hear one word from him as our family struggled to make ends meet he still refused to get in contact with me in regards to reimbursing me by $1500 this caught me off guard it is I've always considered him to be a friend and a good business plan with family values however my mother had a long recovery period of nine months we never heard one word from Robert and even after my mother passed September 9 we still pleaded our case with Robert to refund the $1500 so we could help pay for my mother's funeral cost, and I am sad to say what used to be the number one jeweler and St. Cloud Minnesota with humanity compassion love devotion and dedication no longer exist because when I requested this money back he still has not returned a phone call or letter nor has he refunded the $1500 in which he has done not 1 ounce of work for or had no out-of-pocket lay for purchasing of the stone he still refuses to refund the $1500 for the purchase not made this is very discouraging because I would like to think that in ones our needs in accordance to take care of their family that we would have the support of the people we do business with and what was considered to be a lifelong friend from my very first marriage to my current marriage I am deeply offended and hurt and shocked that a business I consider to be a friend could be so hurtful and uncaring about the customers in which he does business with that we are only a dollar amount is when he notices us or cares about us I will miss my jeweler and my friend of many years but the pain and grief cannot be taken away for the additional hardship that was put on our family at the time of the loss of our mother with no phone call no acknowledgment are not willing to do what is morally right I will no longer do business with this facility I encourage all people and Waite Park area and St. Cloud when you are choosing a jeweler be careful it may look like one thing and feel like another but at the end of the day you're just a dollar amount goodbye my friend
