- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is one of the worst banks I have seen. I just wanna change some small changes into the entire. But they said no,cause I had no an account with them.and the lady asked me how much. I said $500 .she said she can't exchange it. The lady was rude and told me go to the other banks.when I was leaving.she said "have a good day".but I was very disappointed. I know its a rule . Maybe it needs the account. But I did the same thing in the Wells Fargo.and they really treat the customer as "GOD"By Nana Zou, August 20, 2017
